T.G. Sowerby Developments Limited has earned an enviable and deserved reputation for the quality and attention to detail of all the projects we turn out. Many of these projects are one-off and bespoke builds in a number of sectors including education, commercial and retail, as well as private domestic projects.
In 2017, in order to ensure these projects continue to receive the level of attention and care which we and our customers expect, the Bespoke Projects Team was formed as a branch of the firm to manage projects of this nature, as well as the smaller Local Authority Projects which have been the firm’s mainstay for more than 30 years, with George Sowerby joining the company to head it up.
In 2017, the team took on a myriad program of projects, including extensions to Jason Threadgold Funeral Director’s premises in Scunthorpe and renovation and fit-out of their new premises in Barton; refurbishment of the 1st Brigg Scouts’ Hut in Brigg; Construction of 3nr Houses for local Housing Association Ongo Homes and construction of a new detached double garage at a listed windmill in Barnetby.
