The Blackmoor Road project saw the former 'Hallcroft Close' sheltered housing site redeveloped for one of ongo's Rural Affordable Housing schemes.
The scheme was built to a high specification and the properties are environmentally friendly, built to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 standard, with bird and bat boxes incorporated into the dwellings and trees and shrubbery carefully selected to provide positive ecological enhancement.
The properties boast front and rear gardens, off-street parking and the rooms are all designed to make best use of the space available. Externally, the properties were designed to fit in with their surroundings and to create a development which blends seamlessly as part of Haxey. We feel that the development has succeeded in these aims.
The project was highly praised by both the client and the incoming tenants, who were eager to move in as soon as the site was handed over!
