T.G. Sowerby Developments are finalists at the South Yorkshire and Humber LABC Awards for the sixth consecutive year
The highly praised re-development of Hallcroft Close at Haxey, which saw the Construction of thirteen detached and semi-detached bungalows, has been shortlisted in the Best Social or Affordable Housing Development category for the LABC South Yorkshire and Humber Building Excellence Awards.
The bungalows were built for Scunthorpe-based Housing Association ONGO Homes and were in extremely high demand, with tenants moving in hours after their completion.
