The Karen Court Development in Scunthorpe, built by TG Sowerby Developments , was a finalist in its category at this year's Yorkshire and Humber LABC Building Excellence Awards.
On Thursday, May 7th, Steve Sowerby, Steve Lyon, Chris Sowerby and James Bonsall from T.G. Sowerby Developments were joined by their guests, Martin Phillips, Helen Wright and Karen Cowan (North Lincolnshire Homes/Ongo), David Bishop (dba) and his wife Geraldine and Marc Holmes (Travis Perkins) for the 2015 South Yorkshire and Humber LABC Building Excellence Awards Evening at Forest Pines, Scunthorpe. This is the sixth consecutive year the Company has been shortlisted for these awards.
The project that was nominated this year was Karen Court, a development of apartments in Scunthorpe that was built for North Lincolnshire Homes in 2014. As every year, the category was extremely competitive and the project was commended as a 'Finalist'.
